My name is Brittany, and I’m a strategist dedicated to building environments where both people and ideas can take root. With over a decade of experience in organizational leadership and a current immersion in Permaculture Living Systems Design, I design for resilience.

Through The Play³ Network and my creative practice at Brittany’s Plants, I bridge the gap between abstract strategy and tangible, hands-in-the-dirt impact. I don't just "manage" projects; I vision ecosystems. Whether I’m leading a campaign for food system change or coaching individuals through their own indoor gardens, I’m helping people move away from "monoculture" thinking and toward diverse, regenerative ways of living.
